Due to sanitary purposes, cosmetic products that have been used cannot be returned.

You may return, within 14 working days from delivery any products if not used. 

We offer to change our products or refund it within fourteen (14) days of receiving your notification, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition within 14 working days. 

Please note that we can only refund the return delivery charge if the item we sent you was faulty or we sent the wrong item. Please contact us first before returning any products at this address: firstlightcosmetics (at) gmail.com

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 14 days of our notification.

How to return your items:

Return your items by post to our fulfilment address: First Light Cosmetics, 39 Sudbourne Road, London SW2 5AE

Please return your items in a securely sealed parcel, including the original dispatch note.

We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature on receipt).

Please ensure you retain proof of postage for use in the unlikely event that we do not receive your returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

Processing your refund:

If your refund is approved, we will process it within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned them to us in their original condition. We will also refund the return postage amount, as long as a receipt for this has been included.

Cancellations:
